La Maison Romane

🍷 La Maison Romane: Burgundian Craft and Living Wine in Nuits-Saint-Georges

Founded in 2005 by Oronce de Beler, La Maison Romane is a small natural négociant based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy. A former Parisian journalist with a passion for Pinot Noir, Oronce trained in Beaune and with top estates before launching his own project. He sources grapes from organic or biodynamic growers and works directly in the vineyards. All wines are made with whole-cluster fermentation, minimal intervention, and no added sulfur, in a vaulted cellar. The estate also produces craft beer, cider, and raises animals, embracing a holistic and artisanal approach.
