Founded by John Benda and his partner Zoe Johnson, this small estate in Montalcino embraces a handcrafted, natural approach to winemaking. With 2 hectares of vines surrounded by 16 hectares of forest, the vineyard sits at 520–550 meters altitude near the Lume Spento pass.

🌿 Philosophy

• Certified organic farming and biodynamic practices.

• Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, no additives.

• Aged in large oak casks, bottled unfiltered.

🍇 Terroir and Grapes

• Diverse soils: Upper Cretaceous stone, galestro, sand, and Pliocene marine deposits.
